Grant A. Kief, President is a seasoned long-term care and seniors housing professional with over twenty years of experience in financing, developing, selling and acquiring long-term care and seniors housing facilities. Since 1994 he has specialized on brokering Seniors Housing facilities. Grant founded Senior Living Investment Brokerage in 1997 and has Senior Housing sales totaling over $500,000,000. He has a BA from Elmhurst College where he majored in Finance and Economics with a minor in Urban Studies.

Brad Clousing, Managing Director joined Senior Living Investment Brokerage in 2006. Since joining Senior Living Investment Brokerage, Brad has achieved four National Achievement Awards in 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2011. Brad has participated in the sale of over $250 million of senior housing facilities. In 2010, Brad was the Top Listing Agent and was recently honored with the President’s Club Award. Prior to joining Senior Living, Brad began as an Analyst with a national investment real estate company in 2002. In 2004, Brad achieved Associate status, and during his career he has participated in the brokerage of over 70 multi-family, affordable housing, and office transactions totaling over $360 Million in value. Brad earned his BS in Finance with Honors from The University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, IL. In addition Brad earned his associates degree as a professional pilot also through the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, IL.

Prior to joining Senior Living, Colin was a Regional Account Manager at Echo Global Logistics where he specialized in managing customer’s freight shipments. He was responsible for closing sales and handling client’s logistics needs. Colin received his BA in Communications and Marketing from Marquette University.

Ryan Saul, Managing Director joined Senior Living Investment Brokerage, Inc. in January of 2000.  Now Managing Director, Ryan has sold over 100 Long-Term Care and Senior Housing facilities and has over $530,000,000 in transactional experience across 20 states in his tenure at Senior Living.  Accomplishments include Top Listing Agent 2001 and 2005, Top Selling Agent 2002, 2003 and 2005.  Ryan was recently honored with President’s Club Award. Prior to joining Senior Living, Ryan was a recruitment and business development officer for DuPage County Convalescent Center. He earned a BA in Business Administration and Finance from the University of St. Francis.

Patrick Byrne, Senior Vice President has been with Senior Living Investment Brokerage, Inc. since 2004. Patrick graduated with a BA in Communications and English from Westminster College, in Fulton, Missouri. Patrick has overseen a number of sales throughout the country ranging from facilities in receivership to bankruptcy to portfolio transactions. Patrick was a 2006 SLIBco National Achievement Award Winner and works out of the Saint Louis office.

Matthew Alley, Senior Vice President joined Senior Living Investment Brokerage in 2006. Matt achieved the National Achievement Award in 2009 and 2010 and has over $175 Million in senior housing transactional experience. Matt has sold senior housing properties for national, regional and independent owners and operators, and he focuses in the Southwestern Region. Prior to joining Senior Living, Matthew began as an Analyst with the investment banking division of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc. in 2004. In his career, Matthew executed numerous mergers and acquisitions and capital offerings for publicly- and privately-held financial institutions. Matthew earned his BSBA in Finance and Accounting with a Magna Cum Laude distinction from Washington University in St. Louis.

Jeff Binder, Managing Director joined Senior Living Investment Brokerage, Inc. in 2002 and is a Principal with the firm working out of the St. Louis office. From 1991 to 2002, Jeff was a Senior Associate with a national senior housing appraisal firm. During this time he was involved in over 1,100 senior housing appraisal assignments in 39 states. Jeff has over $750,000,000 in senior housing transactional experience since joining the firm. He has qualified for the National Achievement Award each year since 2003, was the Chairman's Club recipient for 2006, and the President’s Club Recipient in 2007 through 2010. He has been featured in several publications, including McKnight’s Long Term Care News and Assisted Living Magazine. Jeff obtained a BA in Business Administration from Westminster College and an MBA in Finance from St. Louis University. He is also a Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Toby Siefert, Senior Associate joined Senior Living Investment Brokerage in 2011 and focuses on the Northeastern region. Prior to joining Senior Living, Toby began his career at a custom home building company and worked his way up to part-owner/vice preseident, managing the acquisition, development, and sale of various residential and commercial projects. Toby has also spent two years in real estate sales and commercial property management. He earned his BA in Business Administration with honors from Taylor University in Indiana.

She is currently completing the requirements to sit for the C.P.A. exam.
