Nicole Lopez, Transaction Analyst, joined SLIB in 2011. Since then, she has contributed to the successful completion of over $1.0 billion in seniors housing asset transactions.
Nicole earned a Bachelor’s degree from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
She lives in South Elgin, IL with her husband, two small kids and a fluffy dog. When she’s not analyzing financials or organizing due diligence, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching great movies.
